Privacy
This section says what the site does, and what it does not do.
The contact form sends nothing to this site. It writes the request: your name, your company, your email, your country, the WhatsApp number you choose to add, your type of business, what you are interested in, your network, the references in your list and your message, into a draft email addressed to contact@oryxnova.com, in your own mail program. You read it, and you decide whether to send it.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a message you can change before sending it. What you send there travels through WhatsApp, under its own terms.
The list of references you build stays in your browser, on your device. It is read nowhere else, and it reaches Oryx Nova only inside the email you choose to send.
The site runs no audience measurement, no advertising tag and no embedded social content, and it loads no third-party script and no third-party font: the typefaces are served from this site. One functional cookie may be written, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember the language you are reading the site in; no cookie measures you and none follows you.
What reaches the company is used to answer you. It arrives in the Oryx Nova mailbox and stays in its correspondence. It is not sold, and it is passed to nobody for advertising. The company that hosts the site handles the request technically, as a host does.

Terms
Every price is on quotation. The quotation, and the order that confirms it, state what is sold: the references, the quantities and the conditions of that sale.
The warranty as Oryx Nova states it for Morocco: machines, five years against manufacturing defects; film, covered only in the case of a production error. For another market, the warranty is the one written into the quotation and the order.
Film is supplied in sheets. Blades and cutting mats are supplied with the machine.
A station cuts from the cloud device library, which holds every model; the dimensions of a device that is not in it can be entered by hand.
Delivery, payment and returns are settled with the quotation and the order of each sale; this page does not set them.
Product names, finishes and device coverage are described in good faith and may change as the library and the materials change.

Oryx Nova is a registered trademark. The oryx mark, wordmark and the signature « La qualité, notre signature. » are part of the brand identity.
